What is the recommended dosage for DizzyStop®?

  • For vertigo, dizziness, and imbalance: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day until the symptom is resolved. For daily maintenance, the dosage can be reduced to 2-4 capsules total per day.
  • For air, land, or sea travel: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day starting the day before travel and continuing through the entire period of travel.
  • For ongoing daily maintenance, take 2-4 capsules per day.

While no instances of problems with customers on blood thinners have been reported, it is recommended to consult with your prescribing Doctor if you are taking blood thinners. Occasional aftertaste can occur due to the high concentration of ginger in our product, but it is not significant and can be lessened if taken with food and water.
